
Naoyuki Haginoya from Grupo Nomo visits Le Cordon Bleu Madrid within the #OfftheMenu program
On May 7th, students and alumni of Le Cordon Bleu Madrid enjoyed a masterclass of the Off the Menu program led by Naoyuki Haginoya from Grupo Nomo.
Le Cordon Bleu Madrid celebrated last September 28th the graduation ceremony of the third graduating class of the year. A total of 40 students from the disciplines of Cuisine, Pastry, and Spanish Cuisine, on this occasion, had the honour of having Elena Arzak as their godmother.
Elena, the chef of the Arzak restaurant, with 3 Michelin stars, addressed the students with an affectionate speech. She conveyed her enthusiasm for the new stage they are starting and highlighted the value of the training that, from this moment on, will open the doors of any kitchen at an international level. She also stressed the importance of vocation and the passion necessary in such a demanding profession as cooking.
At the end of the graduation ceremony and after the family photo, the students enjoyed a cocktail at the Institute with their families and professors.
