Graduation ceremony - Pâtisserie
The graduation ceremony for our pastry students took place on September 19. Congratulations to all graduates on their well-deserved success!
A snippet of information for all gourmets and those with a passion for the finer things in life, the talented Chefs from Le Cordon Bleu institute, including Jennifer Pogmore and Vincent Valton, were at Beaugrenelle shopping centre on Easter weekend giving workshops on how to customize Easter eggs. In just 15 minutes, those lucky enough to participate were able to customize a chocolate egg with bespoke decoration. The Institute’s pastry Chefs with some Pâtisserie Diploma students demonstrated their expertise and provided a foretaste of the workshops available at the institute.
For Easter, Chefs of the institute created a chocolate masterpiece. It has been put on display at Le Café Le Cordon Bleu.
