CSR Activity with LIN Sugar 'WE COOK 2GETHER'
Le Cordon Bleu Dusit together with LIN Sugar and Together Foundation hosted the activity 'WE COOK 2GETHER'. This event was aimed to give back to the society by teaching the people with visual impairment to make madelein at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School on Thursday, 3 September 2020.
We had Chef Kanlaya Purasachit - Chef de Partie for Bakery, Chef Assistants, Production Team and Alumni to help taking care the class and relay the techniques how to make French pastry 'madeleine' which can be used to make extra income.
