This short course is designed to guide you to start a simple home based business during this unprecedented time. In 5 weeks, you will be able to learn from our professional trainers to craft 15 varieties of recipes. Our approach in this course is to help you generate some fundamental ideas on how to maximize the use of simple recipes in a home business.

Even if you are not planning to run a home based business, you can take this opportunity to learn the proper fundamental culinary techniques. With these skills, you will be able to implement them in your own personal or professional environment.

    Week 1:
    Seabass baked in paper, Fisherman pot stew, Gratinated Onions soup


    Week 2:
    Savory pie with mushroom and duck, French provencal bread with onions,anchovy and olives, Parmesan crackers, Lamb stew meat pie, Cheese puff


    Week 3:
    Prawns Risotto, Arancini: deep fried Risotto ball, Beef Lasagna and vegetables, Mac and cheese


    Week 4:
    Chicken with mix pepper and baked rice, White chicken cream stew, Braised Lamb shank with apricot and dates, Duck potato pie, chesnut and dried raisins,


    Week 5:
    Fish Pomfret mousse, Manguo Salsa et Gumbo/okras, Fish fumet, Crêpes with mixed herbs, stuffed crepes with salmon and spinach, Scallops gratinated with potatoes, mushroom and truffles
