Ontario Culinary Tourism Alliance

OCTA is leading efforts in research, education and product development to build capacity for culinary tourism in Ontario. As an industry driven organization working to advance the province’s Culinary Tourism Strategy, OCTA has the goal of developing Ontario into an international culinary tourism destination.


Chaîne des Rôtisseurs

Le Cordon Bleu is an active member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, an international gastronomic association dedicated to bringing together professional and amateur members worldwide who appreciate and share a mutual interest in cuisine and wine. The Chaîne is also committed to promoting fine dining and preserving the camaraderie and pleasures of the table amongst its members in over 70 countries.


Canadian Culinary Federation

The goal of the Canadian Culinary Federation is to unite chefs and cooks across Canada in a common dedication to professional excellence. The Canadian Culinary Federation (CCFCC) was founded in 1963 and incorporated in Ottawa as a non-profit association in 1972. Since its inception, the federation has enjoyed a deep and long-standing tradition as Canada's true representation of the professional chef and cook.


The Alliance Française

The Alliance française is one of the leading French language education providers in the world. Le Cordon Bleu and the Alliance Française have shared a single cultural and educational mission to promote France’s cultural influence and values across the globe. Le Cordon Bleu is a committed member of La Fondation Alliance francaise which aims to organize and unite the international network of 1071 schools that span 133 countries and teach 450,000 students annually.
