The Diplomatic Spouses Association AC in Le Cordon Bleu Mexico!

On July 6th we had the opportunity to receive in our Institute the Diplomatic Spouses Association AC to participate in a demo class!

Last July 6th we had the opportunity to receive the Diplomatic Spouses Association in our facilities so they can participate in a demo class done by our Culinary Director Chef Arnaud Guerpillon, Chef Richard Lecoq and Le Cordon Bleu Mexico production team.

This Association is formed by the diplomatic spouses of different countries like Philippines, Algeria, Belize, Ecuador, Thailand, Guatemala, Australia, Brazil, USA, Chile, Poland, Angola and Mexico.

Theme of this day was Franco-Mexican fusion cuisine, so during the demo class was taught to make Mexican recipes but with Frech techniques and vice versa; the dish that was prepared during this demo class was "Coloradito Mole Duck Breast and Pease" and for dessert a delicious "All Strawberry".
