We are challenging current students at the London institute to design a delicious festive recipe. The winning recipe will be featured in this year’s edition of Christmas with Le Cordon Bleu magazine, accompanied by an interview with the winner. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to exercise their creative skills and gain valuable experience in recipe creation, using the knowledge they have gained so far. Your recipe will be published alongside recipes from Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs and top industry names in a glossy magazine sold nationwide.
The recipe can be sweet or savoury but must have a festive theme. Entries should feature the flavours and ingredients that we commonly associate with Christmas but remember that we’ll be looking for something original and innovative.
Entries should be comprised of a comprehensive ingredients list and method, and high-resolution images. This will be a chance to have your photography featured with full credit in the magazine, so feel free to get creative. We require one image of the dish on a white plate with a plain background, and for the second you have the freedom to style it as you like. Naturally festive props will be a plus, but make sure your dish is the star!
The competition closes at midnight on Thursday 1st September. Students should send their entries and any questions about the competition to Londonfirstname.lastname@example.org.
