Le Cordon Bleu Paris Institute and Paris Dauphine-PSL University are awarding 5 scholarships, worth €3,000 each, to five future MBA in International Hospitality and Culinary Leadership students. Be in the first class of future hospitality and restaurant industry leaders!
The MBA in International Hospitality and Culinary Leadership will welcome its first class of students on 13 September 2021. This 10-month programme is aimed at experienced managers, who are fully aware of the challenges and characteristics of a market which is constantly evolving. Students will be provided with support in their strategic professional development, as they progress towards management, senior executive, or entrepreneurial positions.
Conditions of eligibility and key dates
To be eligible for one of the 5 Le Cordon Bleu Paris and Paris Dauphine-PSL University scholarships, the documents which must be provided and conditions of eligibility which must be met are the following:
1. A CV
2. A cover letter
3. A copy of your Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (BA, BSc etc.)
4. Proof of three years of professional experience including managerial skills (all sectors)
5. Knowledge of the hospitality, tourism, and gastronomy sectors is desirable
6. English level IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 80 minimum or previous degree taught in English or native speaker
7. A reference letter

The first part of the selection process will be carried out by a Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute jury which will choose 7 to 10 finalists, based on their application, by Friday 21 May 2021 at the latest.
The second stage will involve a video interview, which will take place before Friday 28 May 2021, in front of a jury made up of members of Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute and Paris Dauphine-PSL University.
The 5 winners will be announced on Wednesday 2 June 2021.
To be awarded the scholarship, the 5 winners must pay the application fees (€1,500) in full when registering, by Wednesday 9 June 2021 at the latest. These fees are non-refundable. Tuition fees must be paid before Friday 18 June 2021.
