Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa held their fourth graduation ceremony of the year on December 18, 2015 at the Shaw Centre in downtown Ottawa with staff, students, family members and friends of the graduates in attendance.
The graduating class was composed of 20 students receiving their Diplomas and an additional 7 students receiving their Boulangerie de Base Certificates.
Chef Andrée Riffou, who received her Grand Diplôme in 2009 and now owner of C'est Bon Cooking in the Byward Market, was our guest speaker and provided words of wisdom to our graduating class including:

Melanie Moller, who received her Diplôme de Cuisine, was awarded the "Mention Spéciale du Jury" for the Cuisine Program and Erika Lindig Maya, who received her Boulangerie de Base Certificate, won the same award for the Pâtisserie/Boulangerie Program.
We'd like to wish all our graduates nothing but success for the future and all the best in the next steps of their careers!
