              Exclusive Nuage de Fraise Workshop for Bloggers

              Le Cordon Bleu Dusit held an exclusive superior pâtisserie workshop "Nuage de Fraise" or "Strawberry Cloud" for Media and Bloggers which was instructed by Chef Marc Razurel and Chef Frederic Legras, our Pastry Chef Instructors on Monday 15 & Wednesday 17 January 2018 at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School.

              The recipe "Nuage de Fraise" or "Strawberry Cloud" was designed by Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Chef Instructors to showcase the versatility of our pastry techniques, by creating an entremet without flour or butter and gives a very light and refreshing taste.

              All participants, as Media and Bloggers, were taught through the hands-on activities. They also enjoyed making their own masterpieces and very much enjoyed being a part of this workshop.
