It 's been an honored to welcome Chef Rose Mercier from Les Sucrés by Rose, our Le Cordon Bleu Dusit alumni, perform an impressive wedding cake demonstration exclusive for our Superior Pâtisserie students.

The advanced techniques that the Pâtisserie students will get to learn at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit. We invited Chef Rose Mercier, the Superior Pâtisserie alumni at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit and the owner of Les Sucrés by Rose and experienced pastry chef, as a guest chef to teach our students the essential and delicate fondant techniques to create and decorate a perfect cake.


Fondant cake decoration has become very popular in recent times, and Chef Rose is one of a well-known instructor in this field with her technique of how to make fondant decoration for gorgeous wedding cake. Her talent absolutely impressed everyone in the school as well as our students who participated in her demonstration.
