It 's been an honored to welcome Chef Rose Mercier from Les Sucrés by Rose, our Le Cordon Bleu Dusit alumni, perform an impressive wedding cake demonstration exclusive for our Superior Pâtisserie students.
Fondant cake decoration has become very popular in recent times, and Chef Rose is one of a well-known instructor in this field with her technique of how to make fondant decoration for gorgeous wedding cake. Her talent absolutely impressed everyone in the school as well as our students who participated in her demonstration.
