Le Cordon Bleu London will be raising the prices of all diploma and certificate programmes on Monday 1st December 2025.
This event featured Le Cordon Bleu Master Pâtisserie Chefs demonstrating the use of advanced pâtisserie techniques which can be found on the new programme, and showcased a range of cutting edge techniques and imaginative flavour profiles.
Diploma in Pâtisserie Innovation
Le Cordon Bleu’s Diploma in Pâtisserie Innovation has been designed to expand on culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu schools internationally within the pâtisserie discipline. The advanced diploma will provide culinary education to students and professionals wishing to build knowledge and skills in advanced pâtisserie with emphasis on recipe development, transformation and evolving classical recipes.
