He tells us that studying at Le Cordon Bleu he learned to work with excellence, patience and to cultivate a passion for cooking and art. Chef Juan Sebastián affirms that gastronomy and French techniques are the main ones worldwide and therefore he chose Le Cordon Bleu to study, which gave him the necessary knowledge to go climbing in the culinary world.
