On October 16th we had the first certifications of the students of the Basic Cuisine & Basic Pâtisserie courses.
Our students underwent theoretical and practical tests and were evaluated by the Cordon Bleu faculty, with the special presence of our Technical and Academic Chef Patrick Martin, as well as the participation of renowned Chefs Roland Villard and David Jobert.
More than 23 certificates were delivered on this day, 15 of pâtisserie and 19 cuisine!
The menu was prepared together with our trainees and Head Chefs.
Our new classes started in October, with more than 23 new students! See the picture bellow of this lively ceremony!
