This month, we’re delighted to share a special edition e-magazine celebrating 130 remarkable years of culinary excellence, innovation and global connection.

Tasting Australia launched its opening dinner with one of the greatest chefs of our generation, Cheong Liew.
A Cheong Liew Retrospective, a sell-out event delighted diners as he celebrated his masterful cooking throughout each dish. For Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide our students were given the opportunity to work with this iconic and unique chef. For Cheong one of his greatest attributes is his sincere ability to share knowledge and while he worked he took a parade of young Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts students under his wing. He guided them along the way, exposing them to the realm of possibilities his cooking explored.
