To help make students' stay in Sydney a memorable one, Le Cordon Bleu Australia offers new students a range of activities, including:

At the completion of the Sydney culinary arts programs, students are invited to participate in a graduation ceremony.

Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Graduation

The Sydney Graduation is a formal ceremony followed by a cocktail party to mark the achievements of our Sydney graduates. It is a celebration for those students who have successfully passed the following subjects:

The event recognises student excellence throughout the programs and is a great way to celebrate together with friends, family, teachers and Le Cordon Bleu staff.

Superior Cuisine, Superior Patisserie and Grand Diplome students are required to wear full chef whites.
Advanced Diploma of Hospitality students are required to wear full Le Cordon Bleu uniform.
Your guests should wear semi-formal attire.

Orientation Program

The Orientation program for new students is a full day program. Commencing at 8:30am at the Sydney campus, students are greeted with coffee and Danishes whilst they register. Information kits are handed out and students make their way to the Auditorium for information about their course, the schedule, campus life and living and studying in Australia. You will also meet the Student Services team who are on campus to assist you throughout your study journey and provide a wealth of local information and assistance with banking, accommodation and welfare issues as well referral to DIAC for Visa issues. The teacher Chefs are also involved on the day conducting tours of the campus and getting to know you before your course commences. Morning tea and lunch are provided as you get to know your teachers, support staff and fellow students.
