The Basic course builds up basic skills further through learning country French dishes, and you can learn the relationship between ingredients and French cuisine from practical. The students acquire affluent French cuisine culture knowledge from learning. Through practice and repetition, you begin to perform tasks more easily and instinctively. Basic Cuisine emphasizes the importance of mise en place: understanding, organization and production.
Demonstrations highlight various kinds of presentations from platter to plate.
