The Cuisine Diploma is composed of the Initiate, Basic, Intermediate and Superior levels of Cuisine.
As the course progress, built up techniques, as well as become more complicated. The demonstrations become more menu oriented, incorporating aspects of organisation, preparation, balance and timing. The focus is on teaching the techniques through the famous Le Cordon Bleu recipes.
Your Passport for the career in the Culinary Programs
The school offers Cuisine in 4 levels: Initiation, Basic, Intermediate and Superior level, Pastry in 3 levels: Basic, Intermediate and Superior level, Bakery in 2 levels: Basic and advanced level. Once that is all achieved, you will receive the CUISINE DIPLOMA, PASTRY DIPLOMA or BAKERY DIPLOMA. The completion of both diplomas, cuisine and pastry, you will receive Le Grand Diplôme®.
