Le Cordon Bleu is proud to present a fully comprehensive set of cheese programs in partnership with the Cheese Professional Association (CPA) Cheese Programs as Le Cordon Bleu Daikanyama
From beginners to professionals, students can study a diverse range of topics from cheese history and culture, production methods and pairing cheese with wine and other beverages. Not to be missed at Le Cordon Bleu, the programs also include cheese cooking demonstrations and practical classes.
All instructors are from the Cheese Professional Association and are national leading specialists in their respective fields.
Upon completion of all three levels, students will be awarded the Le Cordon Bleu Diploma of Cheese.
