Le Cordon Bleu Paris voted Best Culinary Training Institution in Europe and in the world

World Culinary Awards

This year, Le Cordon Bleu was honoured 3 times with awards going to Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa (North America’s Best Culinary Training Institution), Le Cordon Bleu Paris (Europe’s Best Culinary Training Institution and World's Best Culinary Training Institution) and Le Cordon Bleu Australia (Oceania’s Best Culinary Training Institution). In its third year, the World Culinary Awards™ celebrate and reward excellence in the culinary industry around the globe.

Le Voting was open from 7 June to 31 August 2022. During that time, industry professionals and the general public were invited to vote for the companies they consider to be the best.  

Le Cordon Bleu Paris is delighted with these distinctions, a testament to its excellence and quality. The institute is located in the heart of Paris, alongside the river Seine and just a stone’s throw from the Eiffel Tower. The teaching team is made up of leading Chefs and professionals from the international gastronomy sector, including Chef Eric Briffard, One of the Best Craftsmen in France (Meilleur Ouvrier de France - MOF), Executive Chef and Culinary Arts Director. The teaching method, which combines theory knowledge and practical experience, enables the teaching team to share their passion to the full.

Le Cordon Bleu Paris provides a wide range of training programmes in the culinary arts, hospitality, management, and oenology. From basic level certificates, through to its signature diploma, the Grand Diplôme®, the institute delivers programmes adapted to the needs of students, enabling those who aspire to becoming a gastronomy professional to achieve their dream. The institute promotes a hands-on learning environment, with small class sizes and professional equipment. 

Extremely talented individuals from all over the globe, of varying ages, and with extremely diverse backgrounds, choose to study at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
