From selecting the finest truffles to using them in elegant, flavourful preparations, you will learn how to reveal their full aroma, complexity, and distinctive character. The workshop also includes the creation of a refined recipe that highlights the truffle beautifully, a sensory and gastronomic experience that will transform the way you cook with this jewel of French cuisine.
