Winning the crowd at Good Food & Wine Show

Le Cordon Bleu Australia wins the crowd at the Melbourne Good Food and Wine Show with delicious choux pastries, showcasing its prestige educational brand to 35,000 visitors over 3 days.

The Good Food and Wine Show at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre lived up to its reputation as the leading food and wine event in the state. Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne staff were on hand to speak to prospective students about its world-class culinary and hospitality management programmes, and offered branded merchandise for those interested in a touch of retail therapy.

Le Cordon Bleu won the crowd with sample patisserie plates of profiteroles with four different fillings (2 sweet & 2 savoury), each with its own recipe card to take home. Students assisting at the event could barely keep up with demand as they piped the fillings into choux pastry cases.

Le Cordon Bleu Regional Manager (Victoria & Tasmania), Ken de Mallindine was thrilled with level of visitor engagement at the exhibition stand.

The event proved an excellent platform to showcase the wide range of short courses now offered in Melbourne. The glossy Le Cordon Bleu Short Course brochure proved extremely popular, with plentiful enquiries and resultant bookings
