Le Cordon Bleu Paris will take part in the Sirha Europain exhibition at the Porte de Versailles (Paris’s 15th district) from 26 to 29 March 2022. Recognised as a benchmark for boulangerie/pastry professionals in France and abroad, the focus of the 2022 exhibition is French excellence, which showcases artisanal, technical, and industrial expertise.
The Chef Instructors, accompanied by students and representatives of the institute, can be found at stand S52 on the “Rue des Écoles”. This is the perfect opportunity to discover our range of training programmes: Boulangerie Diploma, Pâtisserie Diploma, Diploma in Pâtisserie Innovation & Wellness, Continuing Education, and culinary workshops. During the exhibition, various activities will be organised at Le Cordon Bleu Paris’s stand: competitions to win the new L’École de la Boulangerie book and L'École de la Pâtisserie book, gift vouchers for a pastry and boulangerie workshop, and an area in which artistic bread and chocolate sculptures will be presented.
Le Cordon Bleu will also take part in other activities:
- Forum: Round table on the theme of "Women in boulangerie" with Pascale Bernard, graduated of the Diplôme de Boulangerie - Sunday 27 March from 12:20pm to 13:00pm
- Bakery Scene: Chef Olivier Boudot will make a recipe for revisited chocolate bread - Monday 28 March from 12.10pm to 12.50pm
