After being taught by Le Cordon Bleu Paris Chef Teachers and obtaining a Diplôme de Pâtisserie in 2016, Yamilka and Anthony Rosemond left France to open an online macaron store in California. The concept? To create a French macaron pastry shop allowing everyone to receive fresh products delivered close to home. Thus, customers can order macarons on the website and have them shipped anywhere in the United States.
All products are shipped fresh from their kitchen and are gluten-free, dairy-free, and use no preservatives or artificial flavors. According to the couple, a great product and great customer service make all the difference.
With original flavors such as rose or tiramisu, Pastreez quickly established itself on the American market to become a key player in pastry. In April 2020, and in the context of an unprecedented health crisis, they managed to open their own physical store.
Today, Pastreez macaroons are famous for their vibrant colors and exquisite taste.
