December 2018 - On Thursday, 13 December 2018, at Le Cordon Bleu Paris was held the final of the Paris Pisco Week competition, dedicated to this Peruvian brandy. The finalists competed in two categories: "Best Traditional Pisco Sour" and "Best Pisco Signature Cocktail". Congratulations to the two winners, Thomas Fradon fromManko Restaurant and Christophe Pluvinage fromPisco Bar.
