Sydney Open Day

Sydney Institute welcomed 207 guests at its recent Open Day, with activities ranging from High Tea, creating a  chocolate sculpture, wine & cheese pairings, an oyster bar, cuisine & patisserie cooking demonstrations, and molecular techniques. The event attracted a younger demographic (15-17 years), with 1 application for Grande Diplôme and 3 registrations for the Careers Residential - an excellent result!
