Alberto Isaza Isaza

Ex-stockbroker and business entrepreneur, Alberto Isaza Isaza, is living proof that it’s never too late to follow your passion. He came from Colombia with his young family to study a Master of International Hospitality Management in Adelaide. At 37 he walked straight into a leadership role as Food and Beverage Manager for InterContinental Adelaide.

The old-school glamour of the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai inspired Ketaki Warudi to pursue a management career in luxury hotels. After graduating with a Master of International Hospitality Management, she is Front Office Manager at InterContinental Adelaide.
“It was a huge challenge to leave behind everything I knew about the hospitality industry in India to start again in Australia, but I’m so proud of doing it, because now I can work anywhere in the world as I have a much broader understanding of the industry.”
