At 37 he walked straight into a leadership role as Food and Beverage Manager for InterContinental Adelaide.

The old-school glamour of the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai inspired Ketaki Warudi to pursue a management career in luxury hotels. After graduating with a Master of International Hospitality Management, she is Front Office Manager at InterContinental Adelaide.
