To mark this historic date, the institute is preparing a special cocktail reception on October 15th at the Christ the Redeemer Sanctuary in Rio de Janeiro, featuring a menu specially crafted by Le Cordon Bleu Chefs.

The monument will be transformed into a stunning screen using projection mapping technology, immersively revealing Le Cordon Bleu's journey and values. A special projection on one of the most representative cultural landmarks in Brazil and the world!
