Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School hosted an Open-House and Special Demonstration by Chef Rapeepat Boriboon for potential prospects, other culinary arts lovers, alumni and students on 8 March 2021.
In this event, we had the honor of welcoming Chef Rapeepat Boriboon, our Thai Cuisine Chef Instructor to demonstrate how to make a Creative Thai Cuisine recipe "Young Coconut Jelly and Glutinous Rice Pudding with Longan in Verrine“ apart from traditional and authentic Thai recipes that we usually present. At the end of the demonstration not only did our guests enjoyed tasting the creations, had learnt and advanced their knowledge, as well as explored exciting combinations of Thailand ingredients with a modern twist.
The highlight of the event was the special session 'Thai Cuisine Alumni and Student Talk'. We were delighted to welcome Ms.Thayanit Suriyasak
, our alumni representative and Mr.Robert Veitch
, our student representative to join in the panel discussion and share their story about Thai Cuisine learning and inspiration.
The event allowed our guests to experience in Le Cordon Bleu's Teaching Methodology "Watch, Learn and Do". The special event ended with a guided tour of the school's facilities and state of the art kitchens.
