Le Cordon Bleu Dusit at The Greatest Chinese New Year 2020 by S-Pure

Le Cordon Bleu Dusit celebrates a healthy Chinese New Year at a special event “The Greatest Chinese New Year 2020” which organized by S-Pure (Betagro) and Gourmet Market (The Mall Group) at You Hunt We Cook zone, G Floor, the EmQuartier Shopping Complexes on Thursday 16 January 2020.


As a part of this year's celebration, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit was delighted to have Ms.Paweenuch Yodprechavichit or Chef Kaew, our student and alumni ambassador, a winner of famous TV cooking battle and Chef Owner of Le Lapin Chef’s Table, together with our Assistant to Cuisine Chef Instructor, Mr.Ratchata or Chef Fa and a special guest, Ms.Pattarakorn Tungsuppakul or Khun Ploy, a Thai’s actress to show their expertise in preparing two special signature dishes for this festive and perform a special cooking demonstration at “You Hunt We Cook” Zone @ Gourmet Market, The Emquartier Shopping Complexes. Chef Kaew has selected Herb-boiled chicken and boild-pork from the Sa-Sae Set to redesign them into two new recipes “Pork-Terrine with Onsen egg” and “Fried-Chicken with XO sauce”.

To create these signature recipes, my inspiration is to add more nutrition into each dish and also encourage the consumer to make use of the ingredient as much as they can which can help reducing the food waste from the household.
