On 2 April, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit celebrates the most auspicious occasion of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s birthday.

It is an honour for Le Cordon Bleu Pastry Chef Wimonsari Sawanpornpen, to have designed and created this magnificent gâteau for our beloved Princess.
