The boutique carrier, Bangkok Airways led by Mrs. Chanthip Thongkanya, Vice President – Office of the President, together with Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School by Ms. Suchada Sthapitanonda – Executive Director, organized an exclusive pastry workshop to celebrate Bangkok Airways’ 50th anniversary. This special workshop was held at the Carème Kitchen of Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School, Bangkok. It was attended by many distinguished guests including Pancake – Khemmanit Jamikorn, model and actress.
The class was taught by the Head of Pâtisserie Chef Instructor - Chef Marc Champiré. All the guests had the opportunity to learn the basics as well as the intricacies of creating the French Entremet – Cherry Pistachio, and enjoyed hands-on experience in the creation and assembly of this sweet French delicacy. All the participants were impressed with the class as well as the outcome of their own hand-made Entremet, which they are all eager to take home as a gift for their family and loved ones.
