Le Cordon Bleu Dusit, one of world’s most celebrated culinary institutions joins hands with Central Food Retail (CFR), one of the business units under Central Group (CG), and has organized an Exclusive Dinner Chef’s Table: Embrace the Taste of Autumn handcrafted with passion by award-wining Chef Pruek Sumpantaworaboot, Cuisine Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit  at Central Food Hall on the 7th floor, CentralWorld on 18 October 2019.


The concept of Chef’s Table at Central Food Hall Chef's Table changes each month. This time around, The theme is Embrace the Taste of Autumn - hosted by #1 culinary institute, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit, together with the #1 World’s Best Vineyard 2019, Zuccardi Valle de Uco - features a 7-course contemporary French menu, sprinkled with some European influences. Each course with the unique way of serving to keep everyone surprised with the unexpected flavors and textures. Chef Pruek Sumpantaworaboot, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Cuisine Chef Instructor, joined by the wine makers and the exquisite wine pairings from Zuccardi, which guaranteed the guests a night of gastronomic experience.

Chef’s Table menu designed by Chef Pruek uses the best available produces and introduces you to unique ways of presenting and serving each course to enhance flavors and textures for your enjoyment.

Chef Pruek’s menu is a reflection of his long culinary journey starting in his Trang Province, the working in Michelin Star restaurant with World-class chefs and being a chef instructor but also including a Family home cooking style dishes.

In this activity, Chefs also had Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Diplôme de Cuisine graduates involved in showing their expertise in preparing and assisting our chef at the event. This was a great opportunity for them to experience a Real Live Hospitality situation. We would like to congratulate them on their very first service and job well done.
