130 Years Anniversary: a year of celebration
2025 saw Le Cordon Bleu celebrate 130 years of excellence in culinary education. Here we look back at those celebrations from around the world.
On Monday 22 September 2025, Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute was delighted to host for the sixth consecutive year the “Les Trophées 2025” competition, organised by Le Chef magazine. A prestigious jury, made up of 2 and 3 Michelin-starred Chefs, joined Jury President, 3 Michelin-starred chef Jérôme Banctel, to vote for the Up-and-Coming Chef of the Year 2025.
