A 6-course chocolate menu by Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie students delighted guests at a Degustation Lunch for International Agents.

Le Cordon Bleu Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management (Patisserie) students delighted guests at a recent Degustation Lunch for International Agents with an impressive 6-course menu featuring chocolate in every dish.

The menu was specifically designed to showcase the level of culinary expertise achieved by Stage 1 students, while providing an opportunity for Bachelor of Business (Hotel and Restaurant Management) students to impress with the professionalism of their service. The event acknowledged the support of International Agents during 2019 with those in attendance including IDP Adelaide and AOJI. The ‘Highest Performing Agent 2019’ trophy was awarded to with IDP Adelaide.
