at Star Education Fair

At the Star Education fair held recently, 2 Alumni were invited  to assist us to promote the school at our booth over the 2 days. Chef Su En, our top pastry graduate guided many curious students to craft marzipan roses on site whilst Chef Arief delivered demonstrations on how to make and plate ratatouille. A talk on the latest Food & Beverage Trends was delivered by the General Manager which was attended by many who are keen to enter the Hospitality and  Culinary Profession.
