Paris, December 22nd 2016 – Le Cordon Bleu, the leading Global Network of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institutes, is happy to announce its presence at the World Hospitality and Food Service event (SIRHA). This international fair takes place in Lyon (France) between January 21st and 25th 2017.
For the 6th time, Le Cordon Bleu welcomes visitors on its own booth 6G 97, located « Place du Marché ». Le Cordon Bleu international teams and representatives are present during the fair to showcase the variety of programmes, from initiation to MBA, offered within our network of 35 institutes.
Gourmet products, utensils and quality goods, selected and recommended by the institute’s Chefs, can also be found at the booth, along with Le Cordon Bleu publications.
Several animations are scheduled at the Le Cordon Bleu booth:
- January 21st-25th, 2017: Art of Sugar demonstration by Chefs Nicolas Houchet (Le Cordon Bleu London) and Jean-François Deguignet (Le Cordon Bleu Paris).
- Saturday 21st January, 2017 : Fruit and Vegetable Sculpture demonstration by Feiyeng Bao, Le Cordon Bleu Paris Alumni, National Champion of Fruit and Vegetable Sculpting in China.
