7 Life Changing Weeks at
Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand

Norah is one of many that enter our kitchens for our 7 Week Fundamental course. They learn alongside our Basic Certificate students, the first stage of our 9 month diploma. They gain the same skills and mastery but without the extra 3 weeks to further refine their techniques and sit our exams. It’s the perfect opportunity for culinary enthusiasts to dive into the kitchen and elevate their home cooking.

Norah joined us as part of an overseas adventure where she explored New Zealand and improved her culinary skills before returning home to start her medical degree. During her stay she met lifelong friends and learned firsthand from our incredibly experienced chef instructors. Our chefs, students, and staff all benefited from Norah's warm personality and keen interest in her lessons, we encourage Norah to continue to hone her skills and share her talents, and to not forget to pop by when she next finds herself in Wellington.

From training future hospitality leaders to fostering the skills of a home cook, our culinary courses can be scaled to any aspiration. Our 7 Week Fundamentals courses accept 4 intakes each year, take the first step towards culinary mastery.
