              Le Cordon Bleu students can join several culinary arts programs in Brazil, such as the Certificates and Diplomas of Cuisine and Pâtisserie, Le Grand Diplôme and free courses in various specializations. In Rio de Janeiro, Le Cordon Bleu also offers CordonTec, a program divided into Certificat d Assistant de Cuisine et Pâtisserie, Certificat de Cadet de Cuisine et Pâtisserie and Certificat de Commis de Cuisine et Pâtisserie that can be concluded in up to two years, with the Diplôme de Commis Cuisinier.
