We are thrilled to be once again nominated for “Oceania’s best Culinary Training Institute” category in the World Culinary Awards. Voting is open to all and will close on August 15th.
 

This is the 8th World Culinary Awards, designed to celebrate excellence within the culinary industry across the globe. We are honoured to be nominated once again for the 2025 awards, and to share this honour alongside our international campuses in Australia, Bangkok, Ottawa, and Paris. 

At Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand, we have a close-knit relationship with the New Zealand Hospitality and Produce industries. Every year New Zealand exports world-class dairy, beef, lamb, seafood, and many more ingredients at the highest quality – used in the best restaurants and venues globally. We are fortunate to be able to access these commodities in a true paddock to plate process, our students get to experience and appreciate every step necessary in creating 5-star culinary experiences.
