VIPs of Goût de France at

Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia

A Tribute to French cuisine entitled “A Curious Savoir-Faire” was made through a customised French-style menu graced by the presence of the French ambassador Christophe Penot, and guest-of-honour Alliance Francaise president, Y.A.M Tengku Zatashah Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.

Chef Rodolphe Onno, the Technical Director of the Institute who kicked start the event with a short cooking demonstration invited Y.A.M Tengku Zatashah Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah and H.E. Christophe Penot to participate in decorating some brioche who later took home their creations to savour the next day. Gastronomical delights of two starters, two mains, dessert and cheese whipped up by a team of Le Cordon Bleu Master chefs and interns teased the guests’ palates with typical French fare and exotic flavours.  All courses were also paired with fine French wines and Champagne. The 40 diners went home delighted after having the ultimate French dinner in Malaysia.
