Experience life at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney this May

Hand delicately picking up panna cotta with a blue and gold spoon.Have you ever wondered what it's like to study at a world-renowned institution? Now's your chance to get an insider's look into life at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney this May.

Brace yourself for an indulgent night of food and fun with our much-anticipated Taste of Le Cordon Bleu Sydney event. Our expert chefs will take you on a gastronomic adventure as they showcase their skills in a cooking demonstration, followed by a Q&A where you can ask them anything about studying at the famed Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts and hospitality management school.

The free event – perfect for passionate foodies, high school students, parents, career changers or up-skillers – will arm you with all the information and inspiration needed to start (or accelerate) your culinary dream. Whether you want to become an executive chef at a five-star restaurant, or dream of becoming a hotel manager at a top resort, this event is one you won’t want to miss.

“If you are considering an innovative potential career pathway into the creative culinary or patisserie worlds or both, we warmly invite you to attend this event,” Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Chef Patrick Southon says.

“You will experience an introduction into our internationally-recognised cuisine and patisserie educational programs, observe the presenting chefs and have the opportunity to sample their magical culinary delights.

“We can’t wait to answer all your questions and hopefully we can inspire you on your path to a successful career or personal pursuit in the hospitality and culinary arts sector.”

During this intimate session, you’ll also get to speak with current students and alumni to gain a deeper understanding of Le Cordon Bleu’s mission and how the school can help you achieve excellence.

Plus, a representative from Le Cordon Bleu’s Industry Engagement team will be present to answer all your questions about our Work Integrated Learning program – an industry placement that all students must undertake at a workplace of their choosing. This program acts as a bridge between students’ on-campus studies and their dream career.
