So much chocolate, so little time! Hunter Valley Gardens will transform the Formal Garden into a chocolate lover’s paradise from 5th and 6th July 2014 with the annual Hunter Valley Chocolate Festival taking place.

Come and see seventeen of our brightest Le Cordon Bleu Sydney star student’s as they compete in the Callebut Showpiece competition. Lap up the luxurious selection of ‘all things sweet’ and watch world class chocolatiers dazzle you with their decadent chocolate creations. Celebrity Chef’s including Master Chef judge Adriano Zumbo, Kirsten Tibballs from Savour Chocolate School in Melbourne and Anna Polyviou , Executive Pastry Chef, Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney will be on hand to show you how the experts craft and bake with Chocolate.
