From January, students will be able to study Le Cordon Bleu’s Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Business Administration from its Chadstone campus, just 25 minutes south-east of Melbourne’s CBD.

Holmesglen’s Associate Dean of Higher Education, Sam Duncan, says the program offering will allow students to seamlessly blend their passion for hospitality with business.

"We are delighted to announce the launch of the Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Business Administration programs in collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu in Melbourne,” he says.

“This partnership represents an exciting milestone in our commitment to providing students with innovative and diverse educational opportunities.

“By doing so, we are not only diversifying career prospects but also empowering our students to pursue a rewarding and dynamic career in the business of hospitality. Together, we look forward to shaping the future leaders of this thriving industry.”

Le Cordon Bleu Australia’s bachelor degrees are complimented by its Master of Business Administration and Master of Applied Hospitality Management programs which were successfully launched in Melbourne in 2022.

Chadstone – renowned as the fashion and entertainment hub for local and international visitors – is easily accessible via public transport, and is home to Australia’s largest shopping centre and popular restaurants and cafes.
