Our Master of International Hospitality students network and celebrate student achievement at Le Cordon Bleu events in Adelaide.

Master’s Field Trip

In February, Master of International Hospitality Management students in Adelaide enjoyed a fun-filled Orientation Field Trip in the Adelaide Hills. For many international students it provides an opportunity to see local Australian flora and fauna for the first time.

Students were thrilled to get close to native animals at Cleland Wildlife Park, followed by a delicious lunch at The Haus in Hahndorf. The afternoon was topped off with a group walk to the top of Mt Lofty for spectacular views of Adelaide.

Master’s Welcome & Networking Event

The Master’s Welcome & Networking Event at Electra House welcomes new and continuing MIHM students, and presents eligible continuing students with a silver pin to recognise their successful progress through the programme.

The silver pin was awarded to twenty students in honour of the successful completion of all academic requirements of the Graduate Diploma in International Hospitality Management.

Two exceptional students were honoured for academic excellence and achieving the highest grade point average of 6 and above. Lohitaksha DESAI received a Meritorious Award for the Graduate Certificate, and Thi Thao Vy BUI for the Graduate Diploma. These outstanding students also received a $3000 scholarship towards their Master of International Hospitality Management, and a Le Cordon Bleu medal.
