This first Ceremony witnessed 10 Diploma in Pastry Arts and 12 Diploma in Cuisine graduates received their prestigious awards from their respective Chef Instructors and Technical Director Chef Rodolphe Onno. In his speech Chef Onno urged the graduates to take their professional journey with perseverance and to continue practicing their techniques until they reach perfection. Ming Ho, the General Manager also shared with the graduates, parents and associates present, further pathways and new programmes which will be launch in Malaysia soon. This will enable the graduates to continue in various culinary disciplines such as Bread making in the up and coming Boulangerie Diploma course.
