From Learning at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa to The Great Canadian Baking Show:

Andrew Arcello Takes Plant-Based Baking to the National Stage

Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa

Plant-based baking is taking centre stage as Andrew Arcello, one of 10 bakers competing in the 10th anniversary season of The Great Canadian Baking Show, brings his skills and creativity to the national stage.
A drama and music teacher from Stittsville in the greater Ottawa area, Andrew is the show's first plant-based baker. Before bringing his plant-based creations to the national stage, Andrew explored his passion for baking through our immensely popular hands-on short courses for culinary enthusiasts, including Cordon Vert®: Plant-Based Bakery and Cordon Vert®: The Art of Plant-Based Pies.

Andrew has also shared his passion for cooking and baking with his daughter through Le Petit Cordon Bleu workshops at the campus.
The 10th anniversary season of The Great Canadian Baking Show premieres October 4 on CBC.
