On September 10th, CTV Ottawa featured Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, where Cuisine Chef Instructor Atifa Prinsloo and newly appointed Executive Chef Isabelle Alexandre shared exciting news about the much-anticipated reopening of Signatures Restaurant. 

Originally from Marseille, France, Chef Isabelle brings a fresh perspective to Ottawa’s fine dining scene, blending timeless French culinary traditions with modern techniques and seasonal inspiration. 

During the live segment, Chefs Isabelle and Atifa introduced and showcased select dishes from their exclusive 7-course collaborative menu, created especially for the reopening. Each dish embodies the artistry and precision that define 130 years of Le Cordon Bleu culinary heritage, highlighting refined French traditions alongside the finest Canadian ingredients. 

New Beginnings at Signatures Restaurant 
Signatures Restaurant officially reopens on September 19th for regular weekend dinner service every Friday and Saturday. The reopening weekend will feature a special 7-course collaboration between Chefs Isabelle Alexandre, Atifa Prinsloo, and Yann Le Coz—an exquisite celebration of Le Cordon Bleu’s 130th Anniversary. 

Each weekend thereafter, Chef Isabelle will present a fresh curated menu reimagining French classics with creativity and seasonal flavors.
