Through recent media features, we’ve continued to share that legacy with a wider audience—celebrating our craft, our chefs, our students, and the culture that defines our campus.

November 11 – Remembrance Day Culinary Feature on CTV Morning Show

Cuisine Chef Instructor Atifa Prinsloo joined our veteran student Marc Ouellet for a special segment, "Cooking with Veterans," where Marc shared his journey from military service to a new culinary career. Together, they presented canapés created for Alliance Française’s 120th-anniversary gala, offering viewers a glimpse of refined technique and heartfelt storytelling.

December 4 – Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Students Take the Centrestage on CTV Live

Our students, Sarah Potter and Ornelle Chirezi, were featured on CTV Morning Live in the segment "9 Months at Le Cordon Bleu." They shared an inside look at their journey through the program, from the intensity of hands-on training to the fast-paced rhythm of the program and the foundational techniques that support their professional growth. Their appearance showcased the dedication, skill development, and mentorship that define the student experience at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa.

December 11 – Rogers TV: Ottawa in the Know

Chefs Atifa Prinsloo and Chef Béatrice Dupasquier joined Rogers TV and highlighted Le Cordon Bleu's 130-year legacy. From short course experiences and La Boutique’s holiday gifts to Signatures’ festive take-home menu, the segment celebrated how our programs and initiatives bring culinary artistry to the Ottawa community during the holiday season.
