This prestigious recognition arrives in a landmark year as Le Cordon Bleu celebrates its 130th Anniversary, marking over a century of culinary excellence, innovation, and global influence.
As the only Le Cordon Bleu campus in North America, Ottawa continues to serve as a beacon for aspiring chefs and pastry artists from around the world, seeking to master the timeless techniques and creative artistry of French gastronomy.
“Winning this award during Le Cordon Bleu’s 130th anniversary year makes it even more special,” said Chef Yann Le Coz, Head Chef Instructor, Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa. “It’s a reflection of our team’s passion for teaching and the students’ pursuit of perfection that defines our campus.”
Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa extends its heartfelt thanks to all who voted and supported the institution in this year’s awards. This honour stands as a testimony to the dedication of its students, alumni, and chef instructors, and to the enduring commitment of the entire Le Cordon Bleu community in upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence.
About Le Cordon Bleu: Founded in Paris in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu is considered today the largest network of culinary and hospitality schools in the world with more than 35 institutes in 20 countries and 20,000 students of over 100 nationalities are trained every year.
